Terms
All our items are made to order and personalised to your own requirements & cannot be returned unless they are faulty/damaged in transit or incorrect.
If you encounter any of the issues below, please follow the relevant instructions. If you have any other issue, please contact us.
1. My item has not arrived within *15 WORKING days from posting (applies when standard 1st class recorded delivery method chosen when ordering):
Please contact us via email at sales@footballshirtkeyrings.co.uk, stating what
you ordered and when. All items are sent via recorded delivery so we will check
if the Royal Mail have a record of your item being delivered. If it has not,
we will contact you to see if you require a replacement or full refund.
*Please note that the Royal Mail do not recognise mail as lost until 15 WORKING
days after posting so we cannot treat it as missing until after that date.
2. My item has not been delivered **next day (applies when Special Delivery method chosen when ordering):
Please contact us via email at sales@footballshirtkeyrings.co.uk, stating what you ordered and when. We will check if the Royal Mail have a record of your item being delivered. If it has not, we will contact you to see if you require a replacement or full refund.
**Next Day from the date of posting - not the date the order was placed.
3. The Royal Mail have returned my item to you because of non-collection or another reason.
You are liable for the ***cost of re-delivery of your item. When we receive the item back, we will contact you with instructions on how much to pay using our Re-Delivery Form. No refund will be made.
***The re-delivery charge will be your original postage cost + 50p for the extra merchant charge which we incurr.
4. I have received an item which is damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us via email at sales@footballshirtkeyrings.co.uk, stating what item(s) you ordered and describing the fault/damage (and to which item).
We will then contact you to authorise you to ****return the item and enquire if you require a replacement or full refund.
Upon receipt of the faulty/damaged/incorrect item, based on your indicated preference, we will either;
1. Replace the item and refund the return postage you have paid.
2. Refund your original payment and the return postage you have paid.
****We recommend that you use 1st Class Recorded Delivery to return any items. We cannot refund/replace items which we do not receive.
